What do I actually get when I buy a study guide?
A single PDF file for that specific exam, containing original practice questions and a full written rationale for every answer choice — not just the correct one. Nothing is shipped physically.
How do I get my file after I pay?
Immediately after checkout you're taken to a download page with your file ready to go, and the same link is emailed to you as a backup. No account or login required.
How long is my download link good for?
Your download link is active for 24 hours after purchase and can be used up to 3 times total, combining the on-screen link and the emailed one. If you need the file again after that, email support@examinations.io and we'll sort it out.
Are these official questions from CompTIA, AWS, Google, Cisco, PMI, or (ISC)²?
No. Every question is written from scratch by us, based on each certifying body's published exam blueprint. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any certifying organization — see the disclaimer on each product page for the specific wording that applies to it.
Will these questions match the current version of my exam?
We write and update each guide against the exam's current official blueprint, and the exam code/version is listed on every product page (for example SY0-701 or N10-009). Double-check that code against what you're actually registered to sit, since certifying bodies periodically retire older exam versions.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every exam has a free sample page with real, unedited questions pulled straight from the full paid set, including the full rationale for each one. Look for “Try sample questions free” on the exam's product page, or browse Free Samples.
I bought the wrong exam or made a mistake — what now?
Email support@examinations.io within 24 hours, before downloading the file, and we'll sort it out. See our Refund Policy for the full details on this and other exceptions.
Do you offer refunds?
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final outside a few specific exceptions — duplicate charges, a failed download, or a wrong purchase caught early. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for more on what we do and don't collect.
Can I share the PDF with a study group or coworker?
Each purchase is a personal license for your own exam prep. Please don't redistribute, repost, or share the file — that's what keeps prices low for everyone else studying the same exam.
Do you offer bundles or discounts for multiple exams?
Not across the board yet — right now the only bundle is the CompTIA A+ Core 1 & Core 2 combo. If you're planning to buy several exams, email us and we'll see what we can do.
