All sales are final

Every product on examinations.io is a digital download delivered instantly at the moment of purchase. Because the file is in your hands immediately, we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is complete — the same policy you'll find at most digital-download stores.

Exceptions

We will make it right in these specific cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• Your download link failed and we were unable to get the file to you after being contacted.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake and contact us within 24 hours, before downloading the file.

How to request one

Email support@examinations.io with your order confirmation and a short description of the issue. We respond to every message personally, usually within 1–2 business days.
