These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of examinations.io (the "Site") and any product you buy from it. By purchasing a product or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Examinations.io ("we," "us," "the Site") is an independently operated digital storefront selling original IT certification exam-prep study guides.

2. What you're buying

Every product on the Site is a digital PDF study guide containing original practice questions and full answer rationales that we write ourselves. Products are study aids, not official exam questions, and are not licensed or guaranteed to result in a passing score.

3. Delivery

All products are delivered as an instant digital download immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped physically.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in US dollars and are final at checkout.

5. License to use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the file with anyone else, including on forums, file-sharing sites, or private groups.

6. Refunds

Because products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

7. Accuracy of content

We write and check our practice questions carefully against current public exam blueprints. Certification exams change over time, and we can't guarantee a product reflects the very latest version of an exam at the moment you take it. Products are a study aid, not a guarantee of passing.

8. Trademarks

Certification names referenced on the Site (such as CompTIA, AWS, Cisco, Google, Microsoft, PMP, CISSP, or CEH) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent publisher of study material and are not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by any certifying organization. Each product page carries the specific disclaimer that applies to it.

9. No warranty

The Site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or exam outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products, including exam results.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Site's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
