This Privacy Policy explains what information examinations.io ("we," "us," "the Site") collects when you visit or buy from the Site, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email address — collected by Stripe at checkout so your receipt and download link can be sent to you.
- Basic usage data — standard web server and analytics data, such as pages visited and browser type, collected automatically like on most websites.
We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect more than is needed to deliver your purchase.
2. How we use your information
We use your email address only to send your order confirmation and product download. We don't send marketing emails unless you separately opt in somewhere, and we never sell your information to third parties.
3. Payment processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment details — see stripe.com/privacy.
4. Cookies
The Site may use minimal cookies or local storage needed for basic functionality, such as remembering a filter you selected. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data retention
We keep order records (email address and purchase details) for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer-support purposes.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about your order, or ask us to delete your email from our records (this doesn't affect any record Stripe itself keeps for payment compliance). Contact support@examinations.io to make a request.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults preparing for professional certification exams and is not directed at children under 13.
